Shannon is a Teaching Consultant with the Clemson University Office of Teaching Effectiveness and Innovation. She specializes in teaching-related professional development of STEM faculty and graduate student instructors. Shannon conducts research on many topics related to STEM higher education, but is most passionate about leveraging qualitative methodologies to explore and support well-being for all within the higher education ecosystem. She credits much of her professional success to the mentoring, support, and growth opportunities created throughout her time in SoCap.
